University of Colorado Cancer Center
The University of Colorado Cancer Center (UCCC) is another program partner and the Rocky Mountain region’s only comprehensive cancer center as designated National Cancer Institute. Although located at the University of Colorado Denver's Anschutz Medical Center, UCCC combines the efforts three state universities and six institutions. With over 400 members, UCCC is working to ease the cancer burden through cancer care, research, education, prevention and control.
Colorado Patient Navigator Training
The Colorado Patient Navigator Training Program offers a full curriculum designed to build patient navigator skills and knowledge. Courses and workshops relate to issues navigators deal with every day and are taught by patient navigation experts.
