Routt County Scholarship

4-H is a program within the Extension System that's administered through land-grant universities in all states and territories. It’s the largest youth organization in the United States and in Routt County includes approximately 220 kids and 80 adult volunteers. Nationally, there are six million 4-H youth members and more than 500,000 adult volunteers.
Empowering youth to reach their full potential in a world of learning and working together with other youth, adults and their communities is the vision and mission of 4-H. This is accomplished through hands-on learning in a variety of projects and activities in a caring, safe and accepting atmosphere.
