"TAC" Transport Across Colorado. We participate in the cooperative organization for prisoner transport between jurisdictions in Colorado.
"NWS" Northwest Shuttle. We participate in the cooperative organization for prisoner transport between member states and jurisdictions.
"VOICE" Victim Offender Information Computer Enhancement. The County Sheriffs of Colorado's victim notification service.

Rio Blanco County Detention Center
The Rio Blanco County Detention Center is responsible for the operation of the County Jail System and its supporting functions. Under the direction of Sheriff Si Woodruff, the Detention Division controls the operation of the Rio Blanco County Jail providing safe and secure housing to all persons remanded to the custody of the Sheriff’s Office.
