RAFT - Disability Connection
Resource Access for Families of infants and Toddlers (RAFT) is a program designed to coordinate our community's identification of infants and toddlers with special needs, provide initial service coordination and tracking services, facilitate utilization of resources, and support and empower families in meeting the needs of their children. The partnership provides a centralized information service for families of children with special needs, professionals working with families, and the community at large. Interagency Child Find Evaluation Clinics are offered free to families in Larimer County for children from birth to three years of age.
Disability Connection
