Mortgage default (foreclosure) prevention, reverse mortgage counseling (for seniors 62+ to access cash from the equity in their home). Residents throughout Larimer County may call to be connected to our Mortgage Counselor, who can assist them with the mortgage default (foreclosure) process and reverse mortgages. N2N offers monthly homeownership education classes in both Ft. Collins and Loveland. Reservations for the class may be made by the receptionist in both offices.

The mission of Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) is to empower people and promote housing opportunity through counseling, education, supportive services, community partnerships, and the provision of multi-family affordable housing. N2N fosters stable housing and positive outcomes along all points of the housing continuum, from homelessness to home ownership.
