7 week series - taught by certified childbirth and labor preparation instructors. Class topics include relaxation and breathing, labor & birth positions, exercise, and the role of the support person.

FCEA offers childbirthing, postpartum, breastfeeding and parenting classes and seminars, as well as a teacher certification curriculum program. Also offers labor support to women and families who need or desire assistance. Breast Feeding and New Parent Support groups are available.
