La Leche League, Fort Collins

For all women seeking information about support in breast feeding. Meetings cover various topics, such as advantages of breast feeding, the family and the breast fed baby, art of breast feeding and overcoming difficulties, and nutrition and weaning. Mothers are encouraged to bring their baby to the meetings. Toddler meetings are for women nursing children older than one year. Women need not attend meetings to receive one on one counseling, and may call a leader at any reasonable time of day or evening with a concern or problem. LLL leaders are trained, certified and experienced women who have nursed and volunteer their time and talent.
