INMATE TRANSITION PROGRAM
Open Door Mission has a program for former inmates who have no place to go. Many times these people have made a commitment to change their lives, yet they find it very difficult to start back in the work force. Open Door Mission provides counseling and assistance for these individuals to help them meet their goals to become constructive citizens.
Everyone deserves a chance to overcome past mistakes. Reverend Thebo believes giving people help is not only good for them, but statistics prove that when a room and board are available the percentage of people returning to a life of crime is drastically reduced. Working closely with the police, probation, and parole officers, Reverend Thebo has a proven record of assisting these people back into the mainstream of society while maintaining a strong protective relationship with the community.
Absolutely no violent offenders or those who have been convicted of sex crimes are accepted. The safety of our young people is our primary concern.
The Open Door Mission

At Open Door Mission, we have worked for 20 years to provide shelter, day center services, meals, and recovery help to homeless men, women, and families. Whether our clients are Christian or secular, an individual or a family, we offer programs to address what causes people to be homeless as well as the services necessary for their immediate well-being.
