Hospice of the Estes Valley Programs

Provides pain management for terminally ill patients, chaplain and volunteer services. In addition to a 24 hour on-call RN, Hospice provides skilled nursing, therapists, social workers, and home health aides to patients who are in their own homes. Bereavement counseling, workshops and follow-up are available for one year. A department of Estes Park Medical Center.
