Health Care Program for Children with Special Needs - LCDH

HCP assists children who have specific medical needs requiring a specialist, therapies, and/or equipment for conditions such as cleft lip and palate, congenital heart disease, hearing loss and ear problems; neurological, orthopedic, eye, bladder and kidney conditions.
