Foundation on Aging for Larimer County Inc Programs

Provides specific grants for elderly persons whose needs are not being met. Grants are made for such things as: dental care, eyeglasses, limited prescriptions, adult day care, respite care, in-home help, transportation, handicapped equipment and modifications, and home repairs. We also provide carbon monoxide detectors to elderly persons who apply and meet guidelines, on a pay-as-you-can basis.
