Forgotten Mourners - Hospice of Larimer County

An educational program for Larimer County schools designed to help children and teens cope with loss. Hospice Grief counselors provide educational seminars to school staff on grief and loss.

We offer pain and symptom management as well as social, emotional and spiritual care to dying people and their families. Hospice patients reside at home, at a caregiver's home, or in a long-term care facility. We bring our services into the home to assist family members and friends in providing care for the patient.
