Elder Care Network of Larimer County Programs
The Elder Care Network is a collaboration of family members and community professionals from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors of Larimer County. Our goal is to offer information and support to adult children who are caring for aging parents. The Network hosts and promotes activities to assist adult children in making informed choices about many aspects of a parent's life. Through our web site, publication articles, topical seminars, phone lines and our Questions and Answers pages, we try to address common caregiver issues and provide resource information.
