Offers a wide variety of alternatives in the provision of services for children with disabilities.

Family Support Services offers support and allocates funds to families with children of any age with developmental disabilities living at home. These funds are designed to help meet special needs such as adaptive equipment, respite care, special diets, counseling, recreation programs, home modifications, etc.

Toy-lending library for children with disabilities and their families.

Services which assist individuals in acquiring skills of daily living and to develop those skills necessary to function as members of their communities.

Residential Services coordinate and/or provide residential services for persons with developmental disabilities. Array of services ranges from highly structured and supervised group homes to highly structured 2 person apartment settings, to very minimally supervised apartment settings. Functioning level of persons served from profound to mild. Training provided in areas of domestic skills, self-care skills, community skills, leisure skills, behavior development, and/or money management depending upon the individual's needs and abilities. Also provide coordination of HUD subsidies for persons with disabilities.

Case Management is the point of entry for individuals seeking services. Case Managers determine eligibility for services and then help individuals and their families plan for the future, get connected with services and supports, and monitor services delivered. Case management works with people receiving FGI services, service agencies contracting with FGI, and people waiting for services.

Transportation services provided for individuals between their home and program or work settings. May be provided by FGI or contracted with other service providers depending on the needs of the individual.
