Division of Insurance
A section of the division is trained to help the public with problems they may be experiencing with insurance companies and agents including: all types of insurance, e.g. health insurance, life, homeowners, auto, title, preneed funeral, are investigated. If you wish the Division to take action on your behalf all complaints must be in writing, giving the Division your request to do so.
Colorado Division of Insurance
The Colorado Division of Insurance regulates the insurance industry and assist consumers and other stakeholders with insurance issues. Consumer protection is its mission. The staff responds annually to an estimated 26,000 telephone calls, emails, letters and walk in visits from consumers.
