Consumer Protection -Colorado Civil Rights Division

As a division of the Department of Regulatory Agencies, the Civil Rights Division embraces the Department's mission of consumer protection and works to protect individuals from discrimination in employment, housing and at places of public accommodation through enforcement and outreach consistent with the Colorado Civil Rights laws.

Colorado Civil Rights Division

The Colorado Civil Rights Division (CCRD), part of the Dept. of Regulatory Agencies, administers and enforces Colorado civil rights laws in employment, housing and public accommodations. The chief enforcement activity is to investigate individual charges of discrimination.
