Any interested educators teachers, administrators, educational therapists, tutors are welcome to come by for some food, drinks, and discussion.
For Thursday 1/21, we plan to discuss a growing problem in our classrooms: anxiety. This article discusses new findings on anxiety and a person's inborn temperament. At the end, we included common classroom accommodations for anxiety. We hope to have at least one psychologist attend to clarify finer points. As usual, delicious and nutritious food will be provided by Whole Foods and drinks will be available. We hope to see both fresh and familiar faces!
