Adult Eligibility-Larimer County Department of Human Services

Assists needy and disabled adults in accessing various financial assistance programs such as: Aid to the Needy Disabled (AND); Colorado Supplement (C/S); Old Age Pension(OAP); Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB); Special Low-Income Beneficiaries (SLIMB); and Medical Assistance for Long-Term Care.
