Adolescent Services, Court Ordered-LCDHS

Court order Adolescent Services provides case management to youth ages 13 to 18. The youth referred to this program are involved with the court system and are either parties to a Dependency and Neglect petition or are adjudicated delinquents. Services provided include out-of-home placements, day treatment, and emancipation training.

Larimer County Department of Human Services

Provides human services which assist individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency and social well-being. Services are provided directly by department personnel and through collaborations or contracts with other community agencies.
