Salud Family Health Center

ESTES PARK SALUD FAMILY HEALTH CENTER is one of nine centers in the Salud family community health care network whose goal is to provide access to quality comprehensive primary care to the Estes Park community, by reducing barriers to health care, including ability to pay.

Estes Park Salud Foundation, Inc., a Colorado Nonprofit Corporation, exists to facilitate the mission of the Estes Park Salud Family Health Center.

Established in 1995, the Estes Park Salud Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization governed by an appointed board of directors according to its by-laws. The Foundation operates independently of the Estes Park Salud Health Center and the parent Salud organization that is based in Ft. Lupton, Colorado.

The Foundation's purpose is to educate the community about Salud and to raise funds to support the Health Center. Our mission is to reduce disparities in health care between insured and uninsured in the Estes Valley.
