Partners Mentoring is a non-profit mentoring organization for children ages 8-17. Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships between positive adult role models and youth facing challenges in their personal, social and academic lives. Fueled by the vision of a future where every child receives positive guidance and encouragement, Partners helps children.

The good news is that Partners Mentoring works! Partners' latest outcome measures show that youth who complete a year-long mentoring Partnership.

Program:

Partners of Estes Park

We provide one-on-one mentoring to Larimer County youth who are facing challenges that put them at risk of making unhealthy choices. A positive adult friend and role model can help to promote youth development while reducing and preventing juvenile delinquency in Larimer County.

Partners of Loveland

Volunteer Participation

Partners works because of the commitment and dedication of our volunteers. The children need to feel our commitment and dedication to them, therefore, we do ask for a specific commitment from each category of volunteer. Senior Partners and Activity volunteers must all be year 'round residents of Larimer County and must have been a county resident for 6 months.
