The purpose of the Housing Authority of the City of Loveland (HACOL) is to provide low and moderate income residents of Loveland with opportunities for home and community through housing.

Program:

Estes Park Housing Authority

Provides Section 8 vouchers and non-subsidized, low-income housing to the Estes Valley community. Also administers a home ownership program. The Housing Authority is a program of the Loveland Hosing Authority.

Family Self-Sufficiency - Loveland Housing Authority

Families work with case managers on self sufficiency goals. Escrow accounts for rent established to give families a chance to save money.
