We offer pain and symptom management as well as social, emotional and spiritual care to dying people and their families. Hospice patients reside at home, at a caregiver's home, or in a long-term care facility. We bring our services into the home to assist family members and friends in providing care for the patient. Hospice offers grief and bereavement support to any person struggling with grief or loss due to death and much more. Serving our community with physical, emotional, and spiritual care to terminally ill persons, their families, and caregivers.

Forgotten Mourners - Hospice of Larimer County

An educational program for Larimer County schools designed to help children and teens cope with loss. Hospice Grief counselors provide educational seminars to school staff on grief and loss.

Grief in the Workplace - Hospice of Larimer County

This program is designed to help people who are grieving the loss of a co-worker or employee.
