We are dedicated to challenging and supporting Larimer County citizens with developmental disabilities to achieve their maximum potential and independence. Wide variety of services and support provided to over 800 individuals and their families. Services are provided in Larimer County. Transportation services provided for individuals between their home and program or work settings.
Since 1972, Foothills Gateway has improved the lives of thousands of people with cognitive disabilities and their families in Northern Colorado by helping to conquer challenges and achieve their maximum potential. Basic Skills/Special Habilitation Services - Foothills Gateway
Provides site based services (therapies, activities of daily living and recreational activities) and community-based activities to individuals who are medically fragile or to individuals who need intensive support and supervision.
Community Integrated Employment - Foothills Gateway, Inc.
Community-based employment services. Provides job development and placement, and job coaching/support services. The CIE program encourages partnerships between area businesses, individuals with disabilities, and Foothills Gateway.
Early Childhood Intervention - Foothills Gateway, Inc.
Offers a wide variety of alternatives in the provision of services for children with disabilities.
