The library is open to the public 62 hours a week. It offers a pre-school story time, outreach for area pre-schools, and delivery and pick-up of all library material for homebound and institutionalized patrons. The Estes Park Public Library is a participating member of the Colorado library Card program, which allows patrons in good standing to use their library cards in other libraries in Colorado, including academic, school and special libraries.

The library houses a collection of over 46,000 print volumes and a nonprint collection of over 2,000 books on tape, video tapes, and compact disks. In addition, our electronic resources include CD-ROM programs for reference and research as well as fun and educational CD-ROMs for children.
