Disability Connection is a resource center designed to provide support to families whose children have special needs and to serve as a resource to professionals working with these families. Through efforts to provide emotional support, information and training Disability Connection empowers families and professionals to work together to maximize choices and opportunities for special needs children and their families. A lending library is available to families and professionals.

Parent to Parent - Disability Connection

Volunteer program of veteran parents reaching out to families of newly identified infants and toddlers with friendship and information.

RAFT - Disability Connection

Resource Access for Families of infants and Toddlers (RAFT) is a program designed to coordinate our community's identification of infants and toddlers with special needs, provide initial service coordination and tracking services, facilitate utilization of resources, and support and empower families in meeting the needs of their children.

Resource and Referral - Disability Connection

Resource and referral information available on SSI, special education and other relevent community, state and national programs. Resource collection of books, videotapes, handouts, and brochures available for loan to parents or professionals.
