The vision for the CORE Center is to provide opportunities for residents from Poudre Valley Mobile Home Park to build on their strengths and develop their capacity for addressing the issues that affect their quality of life. Through collaborative efforts from Colorado State University, Poudre School District, and local community organizations, the CORE Center focuses on the following three primary areas: affordable housing and home improvement; public safety and personal well-being; educational opportunities and economic self sufficiency. Bilingual staff are available on site to provide support and instruction to native Spanish speaking families.

Program: 

Adult Education Classes - CORE

General Education Development (GED). and English as Second Language (ESL) classes for residents of PVMHP. They also offer Workshops to residents of Poudre Valley Mobile Home Park in the following subject areas: Housing and Home Improvement, Employment Skills Training, and Computer Literacy Training.

After School Club - CORE

This program provides elementary school-aged students the opportunity to learn different life skills as well as homework assistance.
