Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA)

They are the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. They have been in existence since 1973 and our mission is to finance the places where people live and work throughout Colorado. They provide fixed rate financing to homebuyers, small to medium sized businesses, and multifamily rental housing developers. They also provide education and technical assistance about affordable housing and economic development. They do all this through a network of partners such as banks, developers, and local governments. They do these things to build strong communities throughout Colorado. They believe strong communities make strong economies and They are proud to play a role.

The CHFA team works together throughout Colorado to increase the availability of affordable, decent, and accessible housing for lower income Coloradans and strengthen the state's economy by providing financial assistance to businesses.
